FAQ

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Your workspace keeps working. We just ask for a card on file to continue. If you don't add one, your account pauses (we keep your data for 90 days before deletion).

Is there a commission on OTA bookings?

No. We don't take any commission on bookings coming from Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, or Agoda. Those OTAs keep their own commissions (10-18% typically) — we just import the reservations.

What's the 3% platform fee on direct bookings?

Stripe Connect handles direct payments — your guest pays, funds go to your bank, Stripe takes their processing fee (~2.9%+$0.30), and we add 3% platform fee. You keep roughly 94% of each direct booking.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. Change your plan any time. Billing prorates automatically.

Do you provide support in Thai / French / Spanish?

Currently English support. Thai and French are coming in Q3 2026.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

We keep it for 90 days in case you come back, then delete completely. You can also export everything (bookings, guests, properties) as CSV/JSON at any time.
